Information should not be copied and reposted, as it is "specific" to the products and services we offer our customers. We will not be responsible for any third party commercial actions.

CANCELLATION AND PARTICIPATION POLICY
Get Up Dublin offers subscription options to meet the needs of our clients. These options are non refundable after a purchase has been made to the company. The firm is also not responsible for non-participation of sessions or classes by any subscriber. The specific dates assigned for sessions/classes are communicated to the client before signing up to their subscription.
LIABILITY & WAIVER
We cannot assure or take full responsibility for the exact results that a person receives during their terms of service. We waive responsibility as two parties must make an effort (company and customer) to ensure results are satisfactory. The terms of service can be interrupted by a number of factors, absence, or failure to comply with instructions. The company has the right to waive responsibility from self negligence from any particular individual. Any injury or self harm from a person is their own liability.
