Sessions run for 40 minutes and blend strength, flexibility, and cardio into a single workout. The flow is fun, energetic, and guided by thoughtfully designed choreography to keep everyone moving together.
As a private, one-off experience, the organiser can have input into how the class is shaped. They can share their view on dictating the focus, intensity, or overall vibe. All classes are delivered virtually via Zoom. The participants simply need to set up a screen to bring the experience to life wherever they’re hosting the event.

What is the commitment for signing up for private fitness classes?
Private fitness classes are designed to be flexible and fit around your plans. You can book a one-off session in advance for a special occasion, party, or wellness event. You can also enquire about a mini private-class package, giving your group a short series of tailored sessions with added value and progression.
Is there a maximum amount of participants allowed in a class?
For private class functions, sessions are designed to run best with 8–15 participants, ensuring a high-energy atmosphere while still allowing for quality coaching and flow. A minimum of three participants is required to host a private class.
What is needed to host a private fitness class at home?
All participants should wear comfortable, breathable fitness attire that allows free movement. You’ll need to set up your own iPad or TV screen to stream the session via Zoom. Any equipment required is your responsibility to obtain, buy, or rent—keeping it light and home-friendly. Your trainer will confirm exactly what equipment is needed well in advance of the class.
How do I schedule a fitness class in advance?
Scheduling is simple and flexible. For a one-off private class or special event, you can inquire and secure a date in advance, subject to availability. Once confirmed, an invoice will be issued and payment secures your event in the calendar.
For a series of private classes, sessions can either be fully scheduled in advance with invoicing, or arranged on an ongoing basis in line with the trainer’s availability. This allows your schedule to stay structured, yet adaptable.
PRICING FOR PRIVATE FITNESS EVENTS.
Our private fitness pricing plan is designed to stay flexible while rewarding commitment. A one-time private session is available at a flat rate of €110.
For groups committing to a series of sessions, the investment becomes more cost-effective, averaging €75–€100 per class, depending on the level of commitment.
Pricing for a once-off private session delivered in person can be discussed directly with the trainer. Availability depends on whether he has availability that matches your training times and location.
