Setting up your bootcamp gym is fast and simple. Every session runs live on Zoom, with a TV, MacBook, or iPad recommended to keep you locked in and fully engaged. Phones work, but bigger screens bring the energy to life. A solid standing platform lets you adjust your screen height accordingly, so you stay perfectly aligned for both standing drills and mat exercises.

Your setup is dialled in from day one. In a 15-minute consultation, your trainer maps out exactly what you need to train effectively at home. The essentials stay lean. That being dumbbells, resistance bands, and an exercise mat. But there will be upgrades introduced like kettlebells, BOSU, and other equipment once they support your goals. No guesswork. No clutter. Just a clean, powerful setup thats easy to pack away. A setup that's serious for training at home.

How do I sign up?

Signing up for Get Up Dublin is easy and flexible. Choose from 1-month, 2-month, or 3-month memberships, all clearly laid out on the website. Not sure which option suits you best? You’re always welcome to book a short consultation before committing, so you can train with confidence from day one and choose a suitable plan.

Can you help with any modifications for exercises?

Yes. If you are carrying an injury, or need modifications to exercises for any other reason, just inform the trainer in advance and we can make a plan to work around these issues.

What happens when my membership expires?

As your membership approaches its end, you’ll receive a simple reminder to renew by choosing one of our three short-term options. Your training continues with no disruption with Get Up Dublin.

How do I schedule my bootcamp classes?

Once subscribed, scheduling your bootcamp classes is quick. Click on the client zone in the Get Up Dublin website. Then book your weekly sessions in advance using the Mindbody app. Stay organised and keep your training moving forward.

How often can I train?

Your membership allows you to train up to three times per week.

Do you help with nutrition and workout planning?

Yes, this is included in our group training program. In the client zone on our website, you can login to your meal and workout planner.

The meal planner allows you to fill an intake form, so it can generate the correct food plans based on your preferences, dietary needs and training. The workout planner provides exercises and guidance to help you design additional workouts based on our training.

Do you arrange any wellness days or events?

Yes, we do. Once or twice a year, Get Up Dublin hosts a special wellness bootcamp on Killiney Beach, usually in summer or winter. The session combines an outdoor workout with an invigorating sea swim for those who want to take part. Beyond that, new ideas and pop-up experiences are always in the works. Bootcamp members are the first to hear about what’s coming next.

What happens if I can't make a class?

If you miss a class, you can always check in with the trainer to see if there’s availability to join another session. While a spot can’t be guaranteed, we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible. To stay consistent and get the most from your membership, each participant is responsible for attending the classes they book in advance.
