How do I sign up?
Select from our flexible short-term plans above — Get Up (1 month), Strive (2 months), or Elite (3 months). Once your chosen plan is paid in full, you’ll be ready to schedule your classes and get started right away.

Will there be changes made to the class schedule?
Class schedules may be adjusted based on attendance trends and member feedback. Our goal is to position each class where it best serves your membership and ensures strong participation across all sessions.
How do I renew my subscription?
Once your subscription is drawing close to end, we will send you a notification to sign up again for one of our short term options. This makes no change to how you continue your fitness classes.
How do I schedule my classes after signing up?
After signing up, you will be able to schedule your classes by logging in to the client login in the header or footer bar on the website. You can also access your classes by clicking on the client zone on the homepage. The client zone allows you to access your class and meal planner.
How often can I train with my membership?
With each membership option, you can train up to three times per week. We recommend booking your sessions 7–10 days in advance to secure your preferred times.
In addition, we encourage you to complete one independent workout each week, using the workout planner and program design principles you’ve learned from our classes.
What else is included apart from training?
Included in your membership is full access to a meal and workout planner. These are designed to complement your training and help you maximise your health and fitness goals.
Whether your focus is building muscle, improving stamina, lowering cholesterol, or losing weight, these tools support every step of your journey. They also encourage you to apply what you learn in class, equipping you with the essentials for a great week.
Do you arrange corporate memberships or private events?
Within weeks, you’ll notice real improvements in your overall fitness: quicker recovery, smoother transitions between circuits, and stronger day-to-day stamina. After a couple of months, physical changes begin to show - your body feels lighter, your clothes fit differently, and your energy levels rise.
Beyond the two-month mark is where the real transformation happens — progress becomes visible, and you start to look feel your best.
Ultimately, your results are a reflection of your commitment, consistency, and discipline.
What happens if I can't make a class?
If you’re unable to attend one of your scheduled weekly classes, you may contact your trainer through the website to request an alternative slot. Class availability is shown in real time within your client login on the Mindbody app.
